Data we collect

Account data: your email address and the authentication details needed to sign in.

Assistant configuration: your business profile (name, activity, hours, details you provide) and the documents you upload (menu, prices).

Third-party connections: when you connect WhatsApp or Google Calendar, we store access tokens, always encrypted.

Calls and messages: summaries, detected intents and durations of the calls handled by your assistant, plus the messages exchanged over connected channels.

Technical data: server logs and diagnostic information, for security and reliability.

Why we use your data

To create, configure and run your assistant.

To route and handle your customers' calls and messages.

To manage your trial and subscription, and to provide support.

To protect the service against fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your data. We rely on processors that handle it on our behalf:

Voice and chat artificial-intelligence providers, and call-handling providers.

Hosting, database and authentication.

Telephony: phone number provisioning and routing.

Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — WhatsApp messaging channel.

Google — Google Calendar connection for booking.

Some of these processors are located outside your country, notably in the United States and the European Union. Each processor only accesses the data needed for its service.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your account is active, then for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to and port your data.

International transfers

AlloKoli is operated from Israel and some providers are located outside your country, notably in the United States. When your data is transferred, we ensure it benefits from appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Cookies strictly necessary for the application (such as your sign-in session) are used only when you are logged in.
