Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of the AlloKoli website and service. They are written to be read: short, clear, no traps. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Who operates the service (legal notice)

AlloKoli is operated by HearWell, the sole proprietorship (Osek Morshe) of Franck-Olivier Chabbat, registered under number 345438840, located at Herzl 4, Raanana, Israel.

For any question about the service or these terms: contact@allokoli.net.

What AlloKoli does

AlloKoli lets a shop or small business create — with no technical skills — an assistant that answers the phone and messages: it picks up, informs customers, takes bookings and messages, and hands over to a human when needed.

You set up your assistant in plain language, from the application. These terms apply to the marketing site and to the application alike.

Free trial

Every new account gets a free 7-day trial including 30 minutes of calls, with no credit card required.

When the 7 days are over, or once the 30 minutes are used, the assistant is paused until you subscribe. Your setup is kept.

Subscriptions and pricing

The service works on a subscription basis, with a volume of call minutes included each month. The current plans and prices are published on the pricing page — that page is the reference.

Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added on the invoice.

Cancellation

The monthly subscription has no lock-in: you can cancel at any time, and it ends at the end of the month already paid.

The annual plan is paid upfront and runs until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these terms, informing you beforehand whenever possible.

Acceptable use and transparency

The service must be used lawfully: no illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity, and no misleading or malicious content given to your assistant.

You are responsible for the information you give your assistant (hours, prices, menu…) and for its accuracy towards your own customers.

For transparency, AlloKoli assistants introduce themselves as artificial-intelligence assistants at the start of every conversation. The service is built to answer your customers' incoming calls, not for automated cold-calling.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but it is provided "as is": it depends on third-party networks and providers (telephony, messaging, calendars), and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

An automated assistant can make mistakes. It is up to you to verify important information and to keep a human contact channel for critical situations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to the use of the service.

Intellectual property

The AlloKoli platform, its brand, its website and its content remain the property of the operator.

The content you provide (your business name, menu, prices, documents) remains yours. You allow us to use it solely to run your assistant.

Personal data

How personal data is handled — yours and your callers' — is described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page; if a change is significant, we will inform you by an appropriate means. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect counts as acceptance.

Governing law and contact

AlloKoli is operated from Israel. These terms apply without depriving anyone of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their country.

If we disagree about something, write to us first at contact@allokoli.net: we will look for an amicable solution in good faith.
